The Great Design Disaster Space

The Great Design Disaster (TGDD) finds its new home at Via della Moscova 15, formerly the cherished antique shop of Signora Rafaella Dilva Zandonella. Before renovations begin, visitors are invited to a soft opening honoring the space’s past. Curated by Joy Herro, the exhibition showcases historical objects like a 19th-century porta-mutande, an elegant dance card, and an 18th-century beauty spot box—each carrying stories of lost rituals. In May, the space will reopen as a lieu d’expression—a vibrant hub for art, design, and dialogue. Bonus: we revived a secret 18th-century Great Potato Cake recipe with Oslo Made in Heaven.
